I did the shifty and bought this from the US XBL store, assuming it'd unlock in 3 days time with the rest of the Australian copies based on the xbox region.
It's just unlocked.
Happy dance time.

I feel an unreasonable desire to play this. I say unreasonable because my brief stint with Dragon Age Origins left me cold, and I never tried any of the others. As far as Bioware joints go, I really loved all of the Mass Effect games.

I was a big fan of the first game, the second...was like being kicked in the nuts. From all accounts this game redeems the franchise.

My PC version on Origin unlocked at 9PM local last night. I stayed up way too late playing it and I am itching to go home after work to fire it up again.
